Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, we do not wish to investigate individuals based on rumours. If there is any evidence from those individuals, the Government is on high alert. This Government is not sleeping! We will arrest anybody who harbours aliens. We will arrest those who want to cause chaos. The OLF is an Ethiopian factor. It does not affect our country. I have said that the OLF Militia is not within Wajir North.

Mbadi rose on a point of order requesting for a Ministerial Statement in regard to the recent upsurge in crime rates and violent robberies in Nyanza Province in the past few months, especially after the last changes in the top leadership of the provincial police force.
