I think he was supposed to look for some documents. At that time, I was out of the country. I indicated to him that he should use some of his Constituency Development Fund (CDF) money to start the project. He can then write to our Ministry and request for a certain amount of money, then we will consider doing something. However, we cannot consider his request when he has not written to us. • 21 Jan 2009 in National Assembly: Mr. Speaker, Sir, a few minutes ago, my Minister and I had to flag off some new vehicles which we bought for purposes of distribution. We had bought 407 vehicles. Out of this, 130 are for the Provincial Administration; 177 are for the police and 96 are for the Administration Police (AP). The only unfortunate situation is that we have not received the whole 407 vehicles. However, we will try and allocate these vehicles to needy areas. Therefore, he should not have a problem with that. view
