We normally arrest and charge such people. It will be very difficult for us to realise that those two or three people who have contravened the law come from such and such a group. (a) It is not true that an agreement was entered into between the Government and the UN to remit Kshs40,000 per month for every Diplomatic Unit police officer. (b) There is no such entitlement for these officers and they are remunerated like all other officers in the force.
