Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Minister is misleading this House. The sub-lease agreement which was signed has not been cancelled to date. This Baragoni Holding Ground was sub-leased at the rate of Kshs13.34 per acre to Longhorn Ranching Company for a period of 25 years. To make it worse, even the Kshs400,000 which was supposed to be paid by Longhorn Ranching Company was never paid. If, indeed, it was paid, let the Minister provide us with the cheque number.
