  • 3 May 2007 in National Assembly: Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, yesterday, we were told by the same Minister that there are some contracts which had been cancelled so far, yet, on page 28, he has signed a contract with PriceWaterhouseCoopers to investigate 18 contracts. Why would it be necessary for him to take PriceWaterhouseCoopers to investigate even the cancelled contract? Secondly, when you go to page 31, the contract says, that PriceWaterhouseCoopers will also be empowered to examine personal bank accounts using the powers of the Kenya Anti- Corruption Commission (KACC). I have gone through the Constitution of this country and it is very clear that ... view
