Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. Let me continue with the list to show that those on the Government side are tribalists. Kenya is comprised of 42 tribes. Why should we have just one tribe working within the financial sector? I have over 20 pages to prove this. Ninety per cent of the District Commissioners (DCs) are from one tribe. The same applies to the Officers Commanding Police Divisions (OCPDs) and the Officers Commanding Stations (OCSs).
