If we move and accept the bureaucracy, we will never get the money. It is not possible, and the Minister should know that. It is not possible because he is not even a sugar grower. We had agreed that we would retain the status quo. We said that we would let the method we are using now remain, until a time when sugar growers will come forward and complain.
