It is true that there is no single project which has been started and completed in Ndhiwa Constituency. There are only two projects which are complete, which are Nyakoyo Water Borehole and Nyandemra Water Borehole. They have put the rest of the money in seminars in Webuye. Webuye is in Western Province; it is not even in Nyanza Province. view

He also confirmed to this House that the Ministry was actually encouraging dialogue and that they had 3198 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES October 26, 2006 commenced on the dialogue. He also assured the House that nobody will be fired. Those were his own words. The reason why I am saying this is because the same Assistant Minister came to this House last financial year and said the following regarding that particular road when hon. Ogur asked whether the re-carpeting of the Rodi Kopany- Karungu Road would be done:- "Yes, patching and re-carpeting work on Rodi Kopany-Karungu Road which is 48 kilometres long will start this financial year."
