I agree with what you are saying. The final answer is that we cannot reinstate this particular person, more so, if there is no appeal letter. The disciplinary committees deals with the view
  • 14 Dec 2011 in National Assembly: Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I request the Chair to come to the second round while I am looking for the Minister. I have to go and call him to find out where he is. view
  • 14 Dec 2011 in National Assembly: I am speaking to the Chair. I do not want to speak to House. Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, allow me to look for the Minister behind the office in order for this Question to be answered. view
  • 14 Dec 2011 in National Assembly: Mr. Speaker, Sir, I tried to reach out to the Minister, and I am informed that he is away in Mombasa. I do request the Chair to allow this Question to be answered next week. but I sincerely apologize on his behalf. view
