Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, you did direct me that I look for my colleague. I have since talked to one of my colleagues, the Minister. Both the Minister and Assistant Minister are in Mombasa on official duties and they indicated that they wrote a letter to the Speaker indicating that they will not be in Parliament to answer Questions up to Thursday. I have also ordered for that letter to be brought here, so that you can share it with the House.
