Chairman, whereas I do not have problems with the proposal by the Member, I would like to hear from her what she thinks those organisations or people, who come up with outrageous programmes relating to children and they start implementing them without consultation with the council or the advisory committee at the county level.   • 12 May 2022 in National Assembly: We are dealing with very sensitive issues of children. By the time you realise that things have gone wrong, many of our children would have fallen victim. It is an issue that should be taken very seriously for now. With the explanation that she has given, I will trade in what the Committee had.
