This Bill could not have come at any other better time than this time when our youth are out there struggling to get jobs. There are other laws that require issuance of clearance and compliance certificates including the Leadership and Integrity Act of 2012. Once we pass this Bill, other related Acts may also be amended to ensure that the Act that will arise from this Bill is fully implementable. view
