Third, remember the boda boda and Probox owners are just Kenyans from the grassroots who are really struggling with their day to day life. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for making the relevant Departmental Committee Chair to be here to hear the cries of our people from Members because they get it directly from the grassroots. The matter of roadblocks has created conflict between transporters, members of the public and the police. The number of roadblocks you find on the way interfere with daily operations of these people.
