It is sad because it looks like every single day in this House; we are just talking about corruption, scandal after scandal and impunity upon impunity. We are losing this country. It is an outreach programme. We have so many counties, they cannot access the Senate easily. Reaching out to them by sitting in their counties would create an environment for proper engagement with the counties and the county management.
