29 May 2007 in National Assembly:
Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I thank the Assistant Minister for that answer. It is unfortunate that up to this time, we do not have statistics of the number of disabled people in Kenya. However, I am aware that many years ago, there was a national fund for the disabled people in Kenya which is supposed to distribute money to support the disabled people. I would like to know how much money has been given to the estimated 2,000 people in Khwisero to support them.

On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. Last week, hon. Osundwa did ask a question regarding the appointment or non-swearing-in of certain judges. That question was deferred. We were told that the answer will be brought today. It is missing from the Order Paper. I seek your guidance on it.

17 May 2007 in National Assembly:
Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, my question was: Is it possible for the Ministry to display the list of the drugs supplied to those dispensaries so that wananchi can know what has been supplied? Very often, when they go to those dispensaries, they are given chits to go and buy medicine elsewhere.

15 May 2007 in National Assembly:
Mr. Speaker, Sir, I do not know whether to thank the Assistant Minister or not because he is just misleading the House. For the record, the two projects that he has named have been in existence for the last ten years. This water Board was formed about two years ago. If, indeed, they have spent any money, could the Assistant Minister tell this House exactly how much money has been spent on the two projects and what action was undertaken?

15 May 2007 in National Assembly:
Mr. Speaker, Sir, the two projects the Minister mentioned have been in existence for the last ten years. These water boards were formed about two years ago. If, indeed, May 15, 2007 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 1303 the Board has spent any money, how much has been spent and what works have been undertaken, because the people of Khwisero have not drunk any water from these two schemes?
