But the big issue that is facing us is the non-payment of sugar-cane farmers by our sugar-cane millers. We have neighbouring millers in Kisumu County, Chemelil and Muhoroni. I would like to tell the President and the Government that, if we are to move ahead, then our farmers have to be paid, our factories have to be efficient and be managed well.
