It is very important especially for our country. Over 40 per cent of our population is very poor and needy. You will realize that education is the only equalizer. In the last 10 years, the Government has introduced free primary education and it is still at the figure it was at that time, yet we have inflation and a lot of effects on that particular amount of money that was given.
