• 26 Mar 2014 in National Assembly: The county flag is a small flag. We are discussing about the Kenyan flag. I am on record here saying that county flags have elephants and other things decorated on them. We want the governors to fly the Kenyan flag. I support the Bill and I thank the House for putting its effort in this Bill. For the governors, I plead that we allow them to fly the Kenyan flag. I support this Motion fully because what is happening in South Sudan is very inhuman and nobody can sit comfortably watching what is happening there.
