Hon. Speaker, I want to applaud your ruling. When I listened to Hon. Jude, he reminded me of somebody who rushed to court to get an injunction to stop something that was already being heard. The matter is before the House. What we shall do – because his Bill is popular with Members – is to help him to mobilise Members to pass it. But this one must proceed. It must go on. As a citizen, I have access to information. Access to information is guaranteed under the Constitution. The Resolution of the House is final even though it was not very firm on the matter. Instead of disapproving or approving it, the House acted like these people who were being counted in the census.
