The Report carries many things which I want to speak to. I was speaking to an amendment that was affecting a very minute part of the Report. Do I lose my rights to speak on the other matters just because I amended one small portion of the Report? There are many Members who also spoke to the same amendment. This is creating confusion in the House and is part of gender harassment. She is harassing the other gender.
