Mr. Chairman, Sir, I beg to move: THAT, the Bill be amended by deleting Clause 54 and substituting therefor the following new Clause- 54 In any proceedings under this Act, any evidence sought to be adduced by either party to the proceedings, shall be admissible if adduced in accordance with the provisions of the Evidence Act and other enabling rules of the evidence for the time being in force. This is not part of the amendment". That is a matter of procedure!

Mr. Chairman, Sir, we agreed on this one too. It was consequential. The word "Board" was to be replaced with the word "Committee". We had agreed with the Assistant Minister that the word "Board" be retained. I, therefore, withdraw my proposed amendment.
