Chair, with your own submissions, you now see that there are several other improvements that the Committee has made to the Bill, but to be fair to Members, they should have been able to appreciate them before they are able to discuss the Bill. I know it is not your duty but, probably, if you could get your clerk to get those reports in the Table Office, Members would get a chance to look at them. view

That, if whatever the magistrate decides is not within the conventional wisdom or the law, whichever else it might be, there is a procedure.
