Kang’ata, just before you sit down, drawing from your expertise as a legal practitioner, and I do not know what is in the report of the Committee, but curiously the Bill does not propose clear provision of appeal to the High Court. Have you seen that in the Bill? From the precedent I have interacted with, where there is no direct statutory power of appeal, there has been a divided opinion as to whether there is a right of appeal at all.
