He said that some people who are appointed as cabinet secretaries or to ambassadorial positions may or may not be thieves. It is in that context that the Speaker put him to task as to his role as a Member of the National Assembly in approving those names. I, therefore, reject your point of order. However, there was another one. Have you removed your card, Member for Belgut? What is your point of order? view

So, you cannot rise on a point of order to claim that a Member is out of order. But, we have heard you. Next on my queue list is the Member for Muhoroni. view

Otherwise, you will turn this plenary into another committee which is discussing generally issues surrounding the pipeline. There are specific Recommendations that the Committee proposes.
