I have got my voice when Hon. Limo is now talking about sentencing. I can be sentenced any time. I may be sentenced by virtue of this legislation. I think we need to have some type of order in sentencing in Kenya. The thinking of the Committee looks like Kshs5 million is as punitive a sentence as two years but, before, Kshs500,000 was being equated to three years. I still think that at some point this Bill must have passed me. It is one of those Bills that we should have put amendments on. I think at some point, Leader of the Majority Party, it will be good to have a Bill which tries to harmonise as much of these sentences as possible.
