Members, this Member is a living example to the National Assembly of insecurity, terrorism and thuggery in Nairobi, East Africa and in Kenya. You can see him walk into the Chamber without the support of the motorized wheelchair. In fact, if I am not asking too much, at some point when you are able to come to the Dispatch Box, we will just love to have you say a word. I think you will have a word at the Third Reading of the Bill. view
