  • 7 Nov 2018 in National Assembly: The Registrar of Political Parties is accountable to that Committee. The Committee should go further and see how this can be put into perspective. It is contradicting the Act. Before this Fund is given the 0.3 per cent allocation, they first deduct all other expenses such as public debt, pensions and constitutional salaries. The 0.3 per cent allocation should come from the audited revenues in that particular financial year. I hope this can be made clear.
