I, the undersigned, on behalf of Kenyan citizens, draw the attention of the House to the following: THAT, in 2011, the World Anti-Doping Agency reported that over 30 per cent of athletes participating in the 2011 World Championships admitted to having used banned substances during their careers and 44 per cent of them had used them untested.
