However, the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and National Administration wrote to the Senate requesting to be pardoned this week because he was handling some issues in Boni Forest and Northern Kenya. The Cabinet Secretary for Foreign and Diaspora Affairs also had some issues to attend to. They have made that communication. Let us now have the Cabinet Secretary for Mining, Blue Economy and Maritime Affairs, to answer to questions by Senators. view
