• 10 Feb 2016 in Senate: Sen. Khaniri, I hear you. That is an amendment but because it is Procedural Motion, I do not reckon it needs to be in writing but you need a seconder. Assuming that it goes through, some people want it reduced to 10 minutes. We cannot just vote on it. Therefore, you need somebody to second you and then we can debate the amendment.
