I am sure you are aware of this Standing Order. There are things you can say and things you cannot say. That is important to note. The HANSARD will bear me out that Sen. Wetangula said; and I could almost quote him verbatim:- “We are discussing the Presidential Debate; we can discuss his personal conduct and what he has done or has not done.” view
