If you are informing Sen. Wetangula, short of saying that he is a more senior lawyer than you are, again, you must remember that you are not going to inform him on matters of law. You can refer to him the law, but you are not going to inform him on issues of law because those are issues that are before us. Draw the distinction, Sen. Hassan.
