Order, Sen. Okong'o. I am not going to allow you to be so casual about this thing. I have not even asked you to withdraw and apologise. However, I think with the greatest respect, it is important that we respect other people and what they are doing and trying to achieve. If you are talking about a debt owed by Machakos County Government, if you must bring in the name of the governor, at least do not bring in extraneous issues.
