• 12 Nov 2014 in Senate: On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I have great respect for Sen. Murungi for the way he is running the Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries. It is very admirable because he has taken real charge and interest in it. I am looking forward to seeing the report he is compiling pursuant to the stakeholders meeting that we had. I stand from the outset to support this Motion and also indicate that maybe this is the turning point in our relationship as we proceed to create this institution that is called the Senate.
