Yesterday, when I made a ruling on it I said that we will be voting not later than 3.00 p.m. It is not yet 3.00 p.m. So, I want to assume that from a legal point of view, we are okay as pertains to time. I will allow time, up to 3.00 p.m. we shall have a quorum. If not, then I shall give directions thereafter as necessary. This also applies to the Motion that we concluded this morning by Sen. You will recall that in the morning we had another delegation from Nyandarua County. Our gallery is quite small, so they could not all sit together and they had other business.
