• 24 Jul 2013 in Senate: Order, Senators. I would like to uphold the application that has been mentioned under Standing Order No.51(3) that defers the voting. However, let me bring it to your attention that this has to be on a request by a Senator. If there is no request by a Senator on this issue, I will put the question.
