The point I am trying to make is that, I do not believe that anybody would want to make a point of order just for the sake of making a point of order. Therefore, it is important – so that the Speaker can make a ruling as to whether there was substance to it – that you should try and answer it. If you did not quite follow what the Senator said, maybe you could ask him to say it again. But I think dismissing it off- hand may not look ... view
