On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I think we are still going back to the same realm that we were in two weeks ago and I think it is imperative that it is reiterated that this is not just voting because you come from that county but because you are designated by the head of delegation to vote. That designation can only be in writing deposited with the Speaker.
