Now, before I put the Question, again, I would like to draw your attention to Standing Order No.69, which you are now very familiar with, where we have to make a ruling on whether or not this matter affects counties. You are aware that when the amendment came up, the ruling was that it affected counties. My ruling now is that according to Standing Order No.69, this Motion affects counties.
