However, as you have heard, the contractor was supposed to be on site on Monday, 13th November, 2006. Apparently, there is no sign that the contractor will be there soon. Could the Assistant Minister assure this House that, within the next seven days, the contractor will be on site? The runway is very dangerous. It is actually a disaster waiting to happen.
