Spika wa Muda, nilikuwa nasema kwamba wananchi wa Kenya wameathirika sana jinsi ilivyosemwa kwa vile hakuna elimu ya kutosha, hakuna vifaa vya kutosha na wataalamu wa kutosha. Ninapounga mkono pendekezo hili la kubadilisha sheria, Serikali kuu ikishirikiana na Serikali za kaunti inafaa kulipa jambo hili kipaumbele ndiposa wananchi waweze kushughulikiwa na kusaidiwa kutokana na maradhi haya. Now that the former Senator for Kericho is now the Cabinet Secretary for Energy, and now his nemesis, Sen. Murkomen would be sitting in the Committee for Energy, I am going to come with many questions on the status of exploration. • 10 Feb 2016 in Senate: Mr. Speaker, Sir, I also rise to seek information, now that information is being sought from the Governor of the Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) about what is happening regarding the printing of new notes. I have been trying to access new notes for the past three months. I have never carried old notes in denominations of Kshs500, Kshs200 and Kshs100 for the past 12 years when I travel upcountry. I need an answer from the CBK about why we do not have new notes. They are recycling old notes--- view
