Just a while ago, a Minister stood here and said that he is not aware of a report which, indeed, was laid on the Table. Here is a situation where we are talking of a pre-condition of US$3 billion---

On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. This scam is bigger than 2328 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES August 5, 2008 Goldenberg and Anglo Leasing scams. It is something which needs hon. Members to have more time to scrutinize. I wish to table this document which shows the directors who incorporated this company. They were only two directors; Mr. King'ai and Mr. Ng'ang'a to whom the Kenya Railways Corporation had to be transferred without paying a dime.
