Members are asking about insecurity and yet, the Assistant Minister is standing here and saying that the police are doing a good job. Is the Assistant Minister in order to deny that there is a go-slow and yet, it is very clear that in Nairobi and its environs, there are artificial traffic jams which are being created because the police are on a go-slow because of their salary arrears?
