Could he tell us when the money is going to be set aside to complete those projects? That is because they have now become white elephants in the constituencies all over the country? When is he going to give priority to those ESP projects? view

My appeal to him is that some of these projects have stalled. For example, in my constituency, Mutito, the dispensaries have stalled just because money has not been allocated. Could he ensure that money is speeded up this last quota, so that these projects can be completed? view
