Could I, therefore, be allowed to make the Statement on Thursday, next week? view

  • 25 Oct 2006 in National Assembly: Mr. Speaker, Sir, firstly, on the question of 144 scholarships and 308 scholarships, I did explain to the hon. Member. In fact, this is the answer I said was wrong. We had agreed that I would get an answer that is complete. So, he should appreciate that fact. On the second issue, I do not know whether we are talking about the same ole Ntachu, who used to be a Personal Assistant to Prof. Saitoti. As far as we are concerned, once the scholarships have been given, I may not be able to know whether Mr. ole Ntachu is around. ... view
