We want the Chair of the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries to summon the Cabinet Secretary in the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries. Your deputy has experience of fighting locusts literally using sufuria and spoons. I used to think that was a primitive way of fighting locusts but I later learnt that locusts move in one direction. Therefore, as long as you have chased them from your farm, that problem is solved and it becomes another person’s problem until they get old and die.
