One, is to ensure that DT-SACCOs are recognised and the people who serve in the deposit-taking SACCOs are vetted accordingly. The vetting criteria is provided for in the amendment and standards of service in the bureau, the qualification in the SACCO is identified. view
• 18 Feb 2020 in Senate: Two, is to basically ensure that information is shared automatically with CRBs and the CBK will now have every information about everybody who borrows from a SACCOs and the performance of those loans within the SACCO. view

If they reach out to you, please, we need to also deal with the situation of the Moi University SACCO. I have seen adverse publicity meant to scare many investors and members of the SACCO. We need to protect these SACCOs because they take care of many of the resources of persons who have contributed to immense growth in our country and in the academia. view
