This is because at the moment, it is not that there are no good ideas in the market; there are persons in the County Executive of Elgeyo Marakwet County who have blocked their brains to new ideas and do not want to hire people who have better ideas than them. I referred to the Big Four agenda and that the national Government needs to brief this House and the National Assembly about the details of this important project. view
