It was reported to you that the issues before us are very weighty. Right from just basic legal issues, Sen. Mutula Kilonzo Jnr. and Sen. Orengo will tell you that most of the reports we were given here, some of the copies which we have, do not pass the test of a legal intern. For example, looking at signatures alone and the witnessing of those documents, it cannot pass the test of a legal intern. view
