• 14 Dec 2017 in Senate: Mr. Speaker, Sir, is it in order for the senior Senator and senior counsel, Sen. Amos Wako, to debate things that are not on the Order Paper? We are splitting only two Committees. That is what we are approving. If Sen. Wako wants to have an omnibus Motion that will discuss all these things, he should wait for me to move the next Motion which has all the Committees. Then he can engage in that direction. Yusuf Haji is seated behind me here, and he is even more senior . Sen. Sam Ongeri is also there.
